Rio & Adam 29th September 2017 – Gorcott Hall Rock Wedding
Gorcott Hall Rock Wedding. What an amazing night! Rio & Adam booked me in October 2016 because they really wanted a none cheesy DJ and they both loved rock music. Lets face it ideal gig for me!
I arrived nice and early at this beautiful venue. After set up, played a little Foo Fighters Skin and Bones as background music. Then a nice little warm up set comprising of bands like the Doors, Who, Kinks, Rolling Stones and Eagles etc.
The 1st Dance was a great track from Muse called Invisible. The 2nd dance was Redbone Come and get your love, which was followed by a great Guardians of the Galaxy vols 1 & 2 megamix made by yours truly. After that I played a couple of pop songs then back down to the 80’s with some hair metal and indie and then rocked it up with some Foo Fighters, Tenacious D and a great pop punk set.
The last songs of the night were very unique. It started with the Guardians song with David Hasselhoff, followed by Rupert Holmes Escape and to finish with Death Cab For Cutie I Will Follow You Into The Dark.
