The 00’s
Following a wide variety of roles in customer services, finance and sales from the early 1990’s, Paul started working as a DJ in local pubs and clubs in 2002 but quickly developed into a specialist Wedding DJ. Whilst balancing independent contracts with agency work through a well-respected and established Midlands-based entertainment agency, Paul became the recommended DJ for many exclusive wedding venues in the Shropshire area, such as the Madeley Court Hotel, Hundred House Hotel, Valley Hotel and Patshull Park Hotel.
2010 on wards
Balancing agency contracts with clients who booked him directly ultimately led to Paul becoming fully independent in 2011, whilst also networking and sharing clients with the website owner Chris Mack due to their long-standing friendship and shared love of rock-based music! Although Paul enjoys supporting Chris in providing specialist rock music weddings and events, he appreciates and enjoys most types of music – from dance to old school house and soul to reggae – and also relishes the challenges of playing to clients with eclectic music tastes and from different cultures; as demonstrated by the wide variety of clients from other nationalities that he has looked after over the years. These have included couples from Germany, Turkey, Poland, France, Bulgaria and Australia to name just a few! Whilst these clients typically enjoy the more mainstream British and American music, it is understandable that they also require music which reflects their nationality and culture; something Paul is only too happy to accommodate

Highlights
Paul has been fortunate to have worked for some fantastic clients over the years and is therefore reluctant to show any favoritism to any of them! However, a function at Buckingham Palace was certainly one of them – for obvious reasons! Another occasion was when he received a written ‘thank you’ card following a German wedding at the Madeley Court Hotel – a welcome change from the countless testimonials he has received via email of text message over the years!

Paul is based in north Shropshire and therefore regularly undertakes work at some of the most exclusive venues across Shropshire, Staffordshire, North Wales and Cheshire, whilst demand for his services has also taken him to several amazing, more distant venues, from Pwllheli to London; including the highly prestigious ‘The Grove’ in Hertfordshire and the aforementioned Buckingham Palace; a venue which needs no introduction!
