Bridal Barn Claverley Wedding Disco

What an absolutely fantastic venue The Bridal Barn Claverley wedding disco is.  Located off the Bridgnorth Road (seriously the middle of nowhere). Beautiful & modern style refurbished Barns located through woodland & green fields as far as the eye can see.

A big thank you to the newly weds David & Verity who were very accommodating & welcoming as were their family & friends. A nice relaxed atmosphere to start with as people arrived. A local musician & songwriter playing the acoustic guitar & singing songs from van Morrison, Bob Marley & Snow Patrol.

After the sit down meal of Moroccan lamb kofka & cous cous it was time for the newlyweds to take the dancefloor for their first dance “Skinny love”. The father & daughter dance “I saw her first” soon followed.

Best Man – Adam then informed me that there would be a battle between both families at tug of war on the back field. I believe a draw was the best result so everybody won.

The dancefloor was filled after 9pm with a mix of R’n’B & alternative rock. Lots of requests for Blink 182, Incubus, Panic at the Disco & Sum 41. I even noticed parents rocking out to Slipknot.

All in all, a very enjoyable night. I wish you all the very best in the future & enjoy Cornwall soon & New York in Sept.
