Mark aka Marky C is based in the Midlands and has been on the circuit for well over 20 years.
His career started by working alongside Chris Mack at college. The pair were learning how to mix and how to read crowds. Mark gained residencies at various pubs and the longest established nightclubs in Telford, where he was spotted by a member of the openings team for Luminar Leisure and asked to go for an audition.
Marky C – Professional Experience
Marky C quickly became very successful and became a video DJ as well as music, working at brand new multi million pound venues such as Chicago Rock Cafes & Liquid nightclubs. MarkyC has gone on to do official warm-up sets for superstar club and radio DJs such as Dave Pearce & Judge Jules, helping promote their brands and CDs.

Today, Mark’s passion is a combination of commercial dance music new and old mixed in with the cheese. He also covers the R&B set as well as video mixing to provide a great up-to-date evening.

Honestly Mark was amazing for us, the communication and flexibility he gave us before the wedding itself was great. On the day of the wedding, he followed the schedule (even though we were late) with a relaxed manner and allowed me to make some changes to the planned playlist. We recently had the pleasure of Mark DJing at my sisters 80s themed party. He was brilliant! The music was great all night, he did an amazing 80’s quiz whilst we was eating and took requests and kept the dance floor full through out the night.
